Refund policy

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. Store credit is applied to any approved return.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to return the item for store credit. If the return shipment is postmarked within 7 days of the original delivery date, store credit will be issued once received and inspected.   

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new, unworn, or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to attach the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@jzl.style. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the address provided. 

*Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

If you would like us to send you a prepaid label, please email us at info@jzl.style and we will deduct $7-15 from your refund amount depending on how many items will be returned.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
We will do our part to inspect item(s) before it is shipped out to ensure the quality of the product. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on accessories, bodysuits, sunglasses, jewelry, hats, shoes, handbags, delicate pieces (crochet beach wear), and any sale items.


Exchanges
Unfortunately, we are not processing exchanges at this time. Each transaction is handled separately, and only store credit will be issued for your return.


Store Credit
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you will be automatically issued store credit within 48 hours. 

If more than 3 business days have passed and you have not received your store credit, please contact us at info@jzl.style.


How to Return Item(s):

1. Add all unwanted items in the package we sent you.
2. Include invoice in the package. 
3. Attach the shipping label onto the package.

LOST & STOLEN PACKAGES
If your package has left our facility and becomes lost in transit or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly with the tracking information provided to you. Please note we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and we will not issue a refund.
